Welcome to ITSA® — International Technical Sales Association.

By enrolling in any ITSA® training program, purchasing digital study materials, or accessing certification-related resources, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Training & Study Materials

ITSA® provides digital training resources, study guides, professional development materials, and online learning content intended for individual professional use only.

All materials remain the intellectual property of ITSA® and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared publicly, or reproduced without written permission.

2. Enrollment & Access

After successful payment confirmation, candidates will receive access to:

  • Digital study materials

  • Program resources

  • Candidate instructions

  • Online assessment details (where applicable)

Access details are typically issued manually by the ITSA® team within a reasonable processing period.

3. Online Assessment

Some ITSA® programs include an online timed assessment designed to evaluate professional understanding of technical sales concepts and frameworks.

Assessment attempts, passing requirements, and candidate instructions may vary depending on the selected program.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of ITSA® products and training materials, all payments are generally non-refundable once candidate access or digital materials have been issued.

Refund requests submitted before access has been provided may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

ITSA® reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:

  • Downloaded or accessed digital materials

  • Shared access credentials

  • Policy violations

  • Misuse of training resources

5. Candidate Responsibility

Candidates are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information

  • Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials

  • Ensuring stable internet access for online assessments

  • Reviewing all provided instructions before attempting assessments

6. Professional Conduct

ITSA® reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in cases involving:

  • Unauthorized sharing of materials

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misrepresentation

  • Abuse of certification systems or assessment processes

7. Credential Issuance

Where applicable, digital certificates, badges, credential IDs, and verification resources are issued only after successful completion of program requirements.

ITSA® reserves the right to verify candidate records and revoke credentials obtained through dishonest or unauthorized means.

8. Limitation of Liability

ITSA® provides educational and professional development services on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee employment, promotions, or specific business outcomes.
