ITSA® Professional Standard
CTSP® Standards & Competency Framework
The CTSP® Standards & Competency Framework defines the knowledge, practical competencies, professional judgment, and standards of practice expected from Certified Technical Sales Professionals.
Developed by the International Technical Sales Association (ITSA®), the framework establishes a structured professional standard for technical sales and commercial leadership across Technology, Industrial & Infrastructure, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and other complex B2B environments.
CTSP® is designed not only to validate what professionals
know, but to develop and assess their ability to apply that knowledge effectively in real customer-facing, commercial, and leadership situations.
